Message	used a strap wrench on the pulley (first wrap it with the old belt) and then put a cheater bar on the breaker bar. With minimal effort it opened, but I did drench the bolt last night with liquid wrench and again this afternoon. Thanks for all the help, I'm I'll be back with questions, during the timing belt change.
